What Guilty is
Guilty is a webcam studio in St. Petersburg that hires women to work in its own rooms on video chat sites. The home page states that it works only with girls, guarantees anonymity, and opens with a question asking whether the visitor is 18 or older. The pages are in Russian and invite applications through a short form that takes a name and a Telegram handle. The site mentions no fee to join. It offers to pay for a taxi so that an applicant can come and meet the team, and adds that the meeting obliges her to nothing.
The studio describes itself as a modern webcam studio that wants to build a team of ambitious, purposeful people. Its line is that it is not interested in a stream of models who come and go, and that it works on quality. It also says it belongs to a group of webcam studios that has been in the business for years, without naming the group. Both the home page and a blog post state that its models work only on foreign sites, which the home page files under confidentiality.
How earning works here
A model works a shift in one of the studio's rooms. The home page says there are 9 rooms, each with a unique design, and that the studio will pick the one that suits the model's image. Each room has a powerful computer, professional light and Logitech cameras, and the premises include a dressing room, a shower and a rest room. A large wardrobe and styling supplies are on hand for building a look. The blog post on starting out adds what the studio supplies: it helps think up an image, registers models on the chat sites, teaches the basics and helps with communication by providing a translator. An experienced stylist is available to present the model well. The home page says the studio takes content on itself and arranges photo shoots to fill the profile at no charge to the model.
The pitch differs by experience. To a newcomer the home page promises an experienced curator who trains her, opens her accounts and accompanies her work, and says the studio takes over all administrative questions. To an experienced model it says the studio has access to all the popular platforms, uses new equipment, has no unexplained fines and pays for models to attend international industry summits.
The model's income comes from the mechanics of the chat sites, which the studio explains in its blog. A broadcast starts in a free chat that any user can find and watch. Tips from some users are the only way to earn in a free chat, so the model has to stay active and hold viewers. If viewers like her, they may also invite her to a private chat paid by the minute, at a per-minute price the post ties to the model's rating. It also describes a peek option in which other users can watch a private session without being able to write to the model or contact her in any way. The studio's advice for private chats is not to hurry, since pay is by the minute. The post adds that a model with a large audience gains further income from gifts and from selling photo and video material, and that the cam platforms run contests with cash prizes.
Language is handled in the studio. The FAQ says every computer has a translator tool for instant translation, that a model can write to the administrator when she does not understand a viewer, and that at the start the administrator can take over the conversation entirely. A blog post still notes that even basic knowledge of a foreign language makes the work much easier.
On schedule, the home page says shifts last 5 hours and that the studio helps each model build a schedule around study or another job. A blog post from March 2023 gives the studio's working advice: learn the site's mechanics so as to avoid fines and blocks, fill in the profile with care, keep a positive tone in the chat, never sit silent or on the phone during a broadcast, use hooks to hold attention and go on air regularly. It names 5 days a week for 4-5 hours as the optimal schedule. The post on starting out says that in a studio a model works to a schedule set with the administration, because studios know when it is most profitable to go on air. That post also describes the start: after the form the studio gets in touch, signs a contract with the model, and then moves on to her image, room and training.
Extras listed on the home page include field photo shoots, certificates for a cosmetics store, a spa and beauty treatments at the studio's expense, prizes for top-performing staff, and company outings. There is a welcome bonus and a referral program, covered below. Besides models, the studio advertises two other roles: an administrator, who needs English at B1 level or higher, and an agent paid for each model recruited.
Money and rules
The pay model is a revenue share, paid in the studio and not through the model's own cam site account. In October 2026 the home page gives the payment terms as "70% - модель, 30% - студия", 70% to the model and 30% to the studio. That line sits in the section addressed to models with experience, and the site does not publish a separate split for newcomers.
On timing, the FAQ says salary is paid 2 times a month, and that in the first week of work a model is paid after each of her shifts. The "daily payouts" headline on the home page refers to that first week. The studio says it guarantees payment without delays. The site does not publish the payout method or a minimum.
Bonuses, as listed in October 2026: a guaranteed +100$ to each new model at the end of her first working week, and a referral reward for bringing a friend of 10000₽ or a percentage of her income for as long as she works. The size of that percentage is not given.
The earnings lines are the studio's own. As of October 2026 the home page advertises bringing models to earnings from 2000$ in the first month, and the FAQ states that the average earnings of a new model in the studio are 200.000р, depending on looks, English, manner and willingness to work. The blog is more cautious: it says webcam work is not easy money and that reaching a starting income takes the 5-day schedule, work on an image and constant learning. The home page calculator, which takes shifts a week, English level and experience, labels its result a minimum monthly figure; it is the studio's tool and not a guarantee.
On requirements, the FAQ says the studio works exclusively with adult women and answers a question from someone under 18 with a no. It says that appearance is far from the main thing; what is needed is to stop being shy in front of the camera and be yourself. No experience is required.
Who it suits and who it does not
Guilty suits a woman in or able to travel to St. Petersburg who wants to work from a studio with a room, equipment, a stylist and translation help provided, and who values being paid after every shift in her first week. Its stress on anonymity and on foreign sites only is aimed at someone who does not want to be found by people she knows. A beginner with no English is accommodated, given the translator tools and the administrator who can step into the chat. An experienced model gets a published split to compare against other studios.
It does not suit anyone who wants to work from home, since the work is done in the studio rooms. It does not suit men, since the studio says it works only with girls. After the first week pay comes twice a month, so someone who needs money after every shift in the long run will not find that here. The schedule is set with the administration, and the studio's own advice calls for regular airtime, around 5 days a week, so someone with an unpredictable week will find it a poor fit. The income lines are claims by the studio and not a guarantee.
