What it is

Kiki is a webcam studio that employs women to chat with viewers on live streams from the studio's own rooms. Its FAQ page carries the name Kiki, and the contacts block gives an address on Bolshaya Moskovskaya street in Saint Petersburg, near the Vladimirskaya and Dostoevskaya metro stations. It also hires chat operators, who work remotely, and administrators. The site is in Russian, and the studio states that it charges no additional fees and that no experience is needed.

The home page promises weekly payouts, a safe and comfortable studio, and support from an experienced mentor. The site's own pitch is that a model can start from zero, work 3 to 4 times a week and collect good money without delays or hidden commissions.

How earning works here

A model's work is described as online communication with clients in a private chat, in comfortable rooms with professional light and a professional camera. She is paid a percentage of what her streams earn, with no base salary. The home page says the studio chooses foreign webcam sites for the broadcasts and, when it creates the accounts, blocks viewers from the model's home country and the neighboring states as far as the sites allow. It does not name the sites. The footer states that public demonstration, advertising and distribution of pornographic materials by models are not carried out and not provided for.

The studio does the content and promotion work for her. It says it makes all content and promotion, and that it gives a new model written guides and instructions, plus several shifts spent online alongside her so the start is less stressful. The FAQ adds a free-training package: a checklist of what to talk about and how to keep a client's attention, templates of phrases to open a conversation, and manager support in the first shifts. The home page says the studio has trained models since 2019, that more than 200 women have gone through its training, and that it holds regular sessions with its top models.

English is handled by software. Every computer has a translator program that translates in seconds, an administrator can help when a message is unclear, and a personal operator-translator is available if the model wants one. The home page calls basic English useful but not required.

Privacy is a large part of the pitch. The FAQ says nobody has to learn who the model is. She does not need to show her face unless she wants to, and it lists masks, filters (a "kitten" and "anime" are the examples), a camera angle that shows only the body and shoulders, or long hair, scarves and a hood. A fictional name is allowed, and the studio says it makes up unique nicknames and avatars and does not disclose a model's personal data. The rooms have sound insulation and thick curtains, video surveillance only at the entrance, and an administrator always on site with a call button.

Nudity is the model's choice. The home page says the studio also streams in the no-nude category, that it will help a model succeed there, and that the choice of format always stays with her.

Shifts are 08:00-13:00, 13:00-18:00, 18:00-23:00 and 23:00-08:00. The studio says it can build an individual schedule if none of these fits, and that many models combine the work with study. The premises, as the home page describes them, include isolated rooms with large monitors, 4K and Logitech Brio cameras, a makeup room, a shower, a kitchen and a rest area, and the perks include a solarium and regular photo shoots.

The same company hires chat operators, which is the second way to earn here. The operator vacancy says an operator supports models during the broadcast, sets up cameras, light and sound, and chats with the members. The listed requirements are the studio's city, English at B2 or higher with knowledge of slang and no translator in the work, knowledge of the main webcam sites and their features, the ability to work with fetish models (it names mistress and non-nude), and operator experience. The vacancy describes the job as fully remote, paid as a percentage that steps up with weekly results, with technical support from the administrators 24/7.

An administrator role is also open. It covers meeting applicants and giving studio tours, interviewing, registering new models, controlling the shift schedule, supporting people in chat and on site, and working with the cash desk, payouts and documents. English at B1 or higher is required. A photographer and videographer vacancy is marked closed.

Money and rules

The pay model is a revenue share with no salary, paid out by the studio in rubles. In October 2026 the FAQ answers the question about its percentage this way: if a model has worked 5 shifts in a week, the minimum is 55%, depending on earnings, and the studio average is 70%. The home page gives the model's percentage as from 55 to 80. The FAQ states no additional fees and no "paid" functions, and says a model sees her own statistics in a personal account. The site does not publish the earnings that move the share up.

On timing, the home page says the first 3 shifts are paid daily, on the same day, and that after that payday is every Thursday, with advances available. The FAQ says payment is in cash at the studio, to a card or through the SBP fast-payment system, and that money is paid even for a single shift. The home page adds that money is handed out in rubles at the current dollar rate and that the studio does the withdrawal and exchange itself. A banner reads "Отправь заявку и получи ЗП завтра!", send an application and get paid tomorrow.

For operators, the vacancy lists a starting percentage of 25%, rising to 30 on reaching 1500$ in a week, as read in October 2026.

Earnings claims are the studio's, and the pages vary. As of October 2026 the home page advertises earnings from 100 000 ₽ a month, with some models at 600 000+, while the FAQ gives a far wider range depending on time and activity. The home page says income depends on appearance, English, manner of communication and willingness to work. The studio says it pays no base salary because it pays a high percentage, and its vacancies page calls that percentage the highest in its city, which is the studio's own claim. Fines apply only for no-shows and for being more than 30 minutes late without warning.

Entry rules are as follows. A model must be an adult woman and show a passport of the Russian Federation, which she must carry. The FAQ gives the age as 18 to 25, while the vacancy page says 18 to 30. The studio does not work with anyone under 18, with no exceptions. Alcohol and drugs are banned in the studio. The FAQ says a model can leave at any time, with no contracts, fines or pressure, and she may visit first to look at the rooms and meet the administrator without obligation. The application form asks for a name, age, phone and experience, and the studio says it calls back within 15 minutes.

Who it suits and who it does not

The studio suits a woman with a Russian passport who lives within reach of its rooms and wants a physical workplace, training from scratch and a face-hidden option. The published minimum share gives a concrete figure to start from, and weekly cash or card payouts in rubles suit someone who budgets by the week and does not want to handle foreign currency herself. It fits students because of the shift choice, and a model who wants to stay clothed has the no-nude category.

The remote operator job suits a fluent English speaker who already knows the webcam sites, can type fast and is comfortable with fetish formats. The pay is a share tied to weekly revenue, so the operator's income follows how well the paired models perform.

The limits are clear. The age range conflicts between pages, the passport requirement rules out most foreign applicants, and the minimum share is stated for a week of 5 shifts. The FAQ's promise of no fines sits next to the home page's fines for no-shows and lateness. Because the studio is physical, a model must be in the city. The earnings ranges are wide and are the studio's own marketing figures.
