What it is
MALENA ONLINE is a webcam studio in Moscow that employs models to broadcast on international cam platforms, and it pays them a share of what they earn. The site is in Russian and recruits women aged 18-29. Its own headline calls it the number one webcam studio in Moscow, which is the studio's marketing line. The studio says its models rank well on Chaturbate, Stripchat and Myfreecams because they work on shared studio accounts that already have an audience.
The studio supplies the accounts, the computers and cameras, English-speaking operators, training, and free housing for models who come from outside Moscow. Training is described as free as well, and the FAQ says a model does not have to think about a webcam, lighting or a laptop because the studio covers the technical side. For a woman in that age bracket who wants a staffed, in-person workplace rather than a home setup, this is the model the site offers.
How earning works
The work is live webcam broadcasting. The model sits in front of a camera at the studio and talks with viewers on the platforms, and the earnings come from what viewers pay on those platforms. The studio says it registers each new model on all the popular webcam platforms, that the registration usually takes a few hours, and that the model can start after that. A short training session, run by studio administrators, comes before the first broadcast if the model has no experience. For the first period an administrator helps and supports the new model during broadcasts.
Discovery is the part the studio sells hardest. New models are given accounts with a large number of subscribers, which the site says lets a girl earn well from the first day. The studio also says it actively promotes profiles to raise the flow of clients, and that it helps create the profile and run it. Operators with good English handle communication with foreign viewers, and the FAQ says a model with no English can still work because translators help carry the dialogue. The point of the profile help, as the site puts it, is to let the model concentrate on talking with clients.
Anonymity is the other selling point. The FAQ says the studio is oriented to an English-speaking audience and blocks access to the broadcasts for users from Russia and the CIS, which it presents as a guarantee of anonymity. It adds that a model can go on air under a pseudonym and that filters help keep unwanted viewers away.
On the hardware side the studio names Intel Core i9 computers and expensive PTZ cameras that stream in Full HD to many sites at the same time. Models do not need to set up a webcam, lighting or a laptop, because the studio handles the technical side.
The way in is a five-step path the site lays out. A model submits an application on the site or writes to the studio on WhatsApp or Telegram. A studio representative then agrees a time and place for an interview. At the in-person interview the representative agrees the schedule and answers questions about working in the studio. After that comes registration on the platforms, then training for newcomers, then the first broadcast. The site says there are still a few free vacancies.
The studio works around the clock, and the model can pick a convenient time. The site's FAQ adds that some models work in pairs, which it says earns bonuses from joint broadcasts, and that the choice of format, whether striptease or erotic broadcasts, depends on personal preference and confidence. The FAQ stresses that income varies widely and depends on skill, effort and the ability to hold a viewer's interest. It also says that if the visual image does not match what viewers expect, a model should not count on good earnings, even in Moscow. The studio's advice to models covers appearance, self-development such as learning English, and punctuality. Missing shifts is named as the most damaging habit for a long-term relationship with the studio.
The site has an earnings calculator. The visitor enters days worked per week (5, 6 or 7), hours per day (6 to 9) and experience (none, six months, one year, over a year). The site says the result is based on the incomes of its own models. It is an illustration by the studio and not an offer.
The site also carries interviews with models of the studio. They describe working with an operator who translates, a flexible schedule, help from administrators during shows and a preference for the studio's equipment over a home setup. One says she tried working from home, saw her earnings fall and came back.
Money and rules
The pay model is a revenue share paid out by the studio to the model's bank card. The terms as the site states them in October 2026:
- Share: the conditions block says models can earn from 50% to 80%. The site does not publish what decides where in that range a model falls.
- Schedule: the conditions block says payouts go to a bank card, daily during the first week, then every two weeks. The FAQ answers the question about daily payouts with yes and describes them as electronic transfers to the model's account, usually every day, with the money available at once.
- Earnings claim: the headline advertises average monthly earnings from 143,000 to 475,000 rubles. That is the site's own claim. The FAQ is more guarded and says there is no single answer because earnings in Moscow vary very widely.
- Age and documents: the studio does not work with anyone under 18. The FAQ gives two reasons, that it contravenes the law and that it contravenes the requirements of the studio's foreign partners. It says that to start, a model has to provide the necessary documents and sign a consent to the processing of personal data.
- Location: the studio lists Moscow addresses on Presnenskaya embankment, Profsoyuznaya street, Meshchanskaya street, Botanicheskaya street, Levoberezhnaya street and Marksistskaya street, and says it is open around the clock.
The site's footer shows a copyright line for 2017-2026 and links to a privacy policy and a user agreement, so the terms of the working relationship are in documents the main page only links to.
Who it suits and who it does not
The studio is aimed at women aged 18-29 who want to work in an office with colleagues around, with equipment and operators provided, and who are willing to be in Moscow for it. It suits a newcomer who has no audience, since the sales point is an account with subscribers already attached. It also suits someone arriving from another city, because housing in Moscow is offered at no charge. The early payout schedule, daily in week one, helps a person who needs cash quickly, and the site presents that as one of its main reasons to choose the studio.
There are caveats. The age bracket is narrow and excludes everyone outside 18-29. The payout range is wide, and the place the site gives for settling terms is the in-person interview, where the representative agrees the schedule and answers questions. After the first week the payout moves to every two weeks, which is slower than some models expect after a daily start. The accounts are shared collective accounts built up by the studio, so the audience a model works with belongs to those accounts. The earnings headline and the testimonials are marketing figures, and the site itself says results vary widely with looks, skill and effort. Appearance matters on the site's own account, since it says viewers judge the picture first. A model who prefers to work from home without a fixed shift should note that this studio's route is in-person work in Moscow.
