What FavesHub is
FavesHub is a fan platform where creators earn by offering premium or exclusive content and accepting tips from fans, with paid subscriptions and individual purchases named in its privacy policy. Its 2257 statement says the site is "operated by Softproved UG", with a Custodian of Records in Schriesheim, Germany. The home page tells visitors to "start making money with your content", the how-it-works page says "It's fast, easy, and free to join!", and the site runs in English and German. An age gate warns that "This site contains adult content", and the 2257 statement sets out record-keeping duties for sexually explicit material, so adult creators are in scope alongside the general categories the site lists.
The site calls itself an all-in-one platform to create, share and earn, built for creators who want to grow an audience and fans who want to support them. Creators register through a verification process that collects identity, tax and bank details before any payout.
How earning works on FavesHub
The how-it-works page sets out five steps.
1. Create an account. A visitor joins "as a Creator or a Fan", sets up a profile "in just a few clicks" and adds a profile photo, a bio and content links. Login is by email or Google, with a two-step code sent by email, and the privacy policy lists single sign-on through Facebook, X, Instagram, Google, Apple and Snapchat. The site can also be installed as a web app.
2. Share content. Creators can upload "Photos, videos, audio, and more", "Behind-the-scenes content or exclusive updates", and "Links to external platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)". The privacy policy adds that posts can be text, images, videos or other media, PDFs included, and that content can be shared with selected users.
3. Engage. Fans can follow creators, like, comment and get notifications for new content, and creators "can respond to fans, build a loyal following, and grow their reach". The privacy policy describes an internal messenger for sending messages. Fans browse through an Explore section and categories, which include Art & Photography, ASMR & Voice, Cosplay & Fantasy, Couples & Duos, Drawing and Painting, and Fashion & Beauty.
4. Monetize. Under "Monetize Your Work" the page lists three tools: "Offer premium or exclusive content", "Accept tips or support from fans", and "Connect with brands or collaborate". The privacy policy describes the paid side from the fan's end: "paid subscriptions, premium tools, or individual purchases". Read together, the two pages name subscriptions to premium content, single purchases and tips as the paid routes. The brand collaboration line comes with no further terms.
5. Grow. The page says FavesHub is "constantly evolving with new features and opportunities to help creators succeed and fans discover amazing content." A newsletter informs subscribers about news, features or special content.
Money and rules
Creator registration requires a specific set of data. The privacy policy lists as mandatory: first and last name, date and place of birth, gender, address, "Preferred currency at your place of residence", bank account details such as an IBAN, VAT information where applicable, and "Proof of identity (e.g., ID card or passport) and a recent photo for visual identity verification (selfie with ID)". It says this "allows smooth payout processes and adherence to youth protection laws", states that age verification exists so that only adults are allowed to offer content on FavesHub, and adds: "Payouts are made only to you personally. Therefore, a match between the ID document, selfie, and provided information is mandatory." Banking and tax data are collected for "correct payment processing and invoicing", and a creator can view and update the data in the creator account at any time.
For transactions, the privacy policy names the payment providers it may share data with, depending on the method chosen: PayPal, Payoneer, Zelle, Western Union, Bitcoin via a wallet address, bank transfer, Mercado Pago and Stripe. Payment data is shared with those providers only where the payment process needs it. The how-it-works page and the privacy policy do not state the creator's revenue share or a payout schedule.
The 2257 statement says FavesHub is committed to compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. It may act as a "Primary Producer" or "Secondary Producer" and then holds the records itself, but a creator who uploads independently may be considered the Primary Producer and is solely responsible for ensuring every person shown is at least 18, keeping age verification documents and complying with the law. For each person in sexually explicit content the records are a government-issued photo ID showing they are 18 or older, a signed model release or consent form, extra identity documents where needed, and the production date and producer's name. The Custodian of Records is available Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 CET, and reports of violations are "handled confidentially and with urgency".
Identity stays private from fans. The username a creator chooses "will serve as your pseudonym within the platform", and the policy says "Other users will not see your real identity." Profile details a creator adds voluntarily are visible to other registered users. Buyers of paid features may also be asked for proof of identity, which the policy says is used to verify age. Support is reachable by mail, email or a chat function on the website, with chats closed automatically when the window shuts.
Privacy rules follow the GDPR and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). Creators can delete published content or withdraw consent at any time, though the policy warns that public content may be stored, copied or shared by other users, even outside the platform.
Who it suits and who it does not
FavesHub suits a creator who wants a simple subscription, premium content and tips setup with a German operator, and who is comfortable with a full identity check: ID, a selfie with the ID, address, bank and VAT details. Its category list leans toward art, ASMR, cosplay, couples and fashion creators as well as adult material. A creator with an existing following on YouTube or Instagram can link those channels from the profile, since links to external platforms are among the things the how-it-works page says creators can showcase, and fans who follow get notified of each new post. A creator names a preferred currency for their place of residence at registration, and the payment provider list covers options such as Payoneer, Zelle, Mercado Pago and Bitcoin.
The caveats: neither page gives a revenue share, so a creator cannot compare its take with other platforms from those pages alone. An independent adult uploader carries the 2257 record-keeping duty personally, and a creator who wants to stay anonymous to the operator cannot, because payouts go only to the verified person.
