What the business is

BE7 STUDIOS is a webcam studio in Ibagué, in the Tolima department of Colombia. It recruits and trains women as live webcam models who work from the studio's own rooms. Its home page describes it as an adult virtual entertainment company based in Ibagué with more than 15 years of history, whose aim is to professionalize the industry by training webcam models and giving them advice, training and tools for financial success. The studio states a percentage payout on its home page and a biweekly income range on its work page, both covered below. Everything on the site is in Spanish, and the first requirements are being of legal age and having a good command of computers and foreign languages, mainly English.

That makes it a studio for a model who lives in or near Ibagué and wants an employer-style setup: a room, equipment, training and a team, in exchange for a share of what she bills. It is not a platform anyone can sign up to from anywhere, and it is not an affiliate program.

How earning works here

The studio's own description of the job is that a webcam model holds a conversation with an audience. Its home page says the work links a woman with the performing arts, where each model owns her space and her art, and it sets up "una comunicación efectiva entre la artista (modelo) y su público (usuarios)", an effective exchange between the performer and her viewers. The page calls the result a practical, flexible and profitable job. What the pages describe in detail is the studio around the work.

The business describes a training cycle with three parts: an induction, permanent professional training, and a close follow-up while the model works. The stated aim is to help models stand out and capture the most user traffic, so that a profile ranks among the top ones. The home page frames this as methodology that strengthens personal growth and job skills for women who want to be independent. Its list of advantages for a model reads as follows.

  • Flexible working hours.
  • Income described as profitable and lucrative.
  • Training as a professional webcam model.
  • Personal advice on makeup and personal care.
  • Private, personal advice and professional photography.
  • Specialized support staff from the leaders' team when a model wants it.
  • Top-end technology, equipment and high-quality transmissions.
  • Permanent courses on finances, languages, beauty and more.
  • Modern, comfortable facilities.

A separate section on why to work with the studio repeats the same promise in company terms. It says BE7 is focused on the complete, professional training of webcam models, that its team of leaders gives full advice on everything related to webcam modeling, that it holds itself to the highest quality standards of the industry, and that its facilities are modern and comfortable. Those are the studio's own words about itself.

The work page adds specifics about the premises. The studio lists a jacuzzi, a dressing room, a professional photo studio, a sitting room, personalized rooms, a cafeteria, a monitoring zone and beauty spaces. It also lists professional photo sessions directed to present each model well, beauty, makeup and personal-care advice from its team, and exclusive, private places at a model's disposal. It states that "todos los beneficios que te ofrecemos no serían posibles desde otro estudio o desde casa", meaning the benefits could not be offered by another studio or from home. Read plainly, that ties the offer to working at the studio, in a room it has prepared, with a monitor nearby.

The usable facts for a candidate are therefore the ones above: training before and during the work, a prepared room, a monitoring zone, photography, beauty advice and flexible hours.

The testimonials give a sense of how the studio presents its own work. The models quoted give their time at the studio as 3 years, 6 years, 5 years, 4 years, 7 months and 2 years. They talk about the pay being on time with clear accounts, about the team accompanying each model's production and progress, about the methods used in classes and the schedules, about being able to work and study at the same time, and about speaking with people from other cultures and countries. One says she had already worked at other studios and stays because of the punctual payment and the clear accounts. Another says the team has traveled to other countries together, and a third describes saving toward a home of her own. These are the studio's chosen quotes, so they read as marketing rather than independent reviews.

The site also links to a news item titled "Empresas webcam, una industria silenciosa que crece en Ibagué", an article about webcam companies growing quietly in the city.

Money and rules

The payout model is a percentage share, paid by a studio that stresses punctual payment and clear accounts. The one payout figure on the site, read in October 2026, comes from the "¿Por qué trabajar con nosotros?" section of the home page: "Pagamos sobre él 60%, puntualidad y claridad en sus ingresos". In plain terms the studio says it pays on a 60% basis, punctually and with clear accounts. The sentence does not say what the 60% is calculated on.

On earnings, the work page read in October 2026 states: "Los ingresos son entre 1 a 5 millones quincenales, o más, dependiendo de tu disciplina, proyección y profesionalismo." That is an income of 1 to 5 million every two weeks, or more, depending on discipline, projection and professionalism. The page gives no currency with the number. This is the studio's own claim about what its models earn, and it is tied to the model's own effort rather than offered as a fixed wage. The home page adds that constancy and discipline lead to income "tan altos como los desees", as high as a model wishes, which is marketing language of the same kind.

Requirements stated on the work page:

  • Legal age (mayoría de edad).
  • Good command of computer systems and foreign languages, mainly English.
  • A friendly, open and cheerful attitude.
  • Willingness to attend the training the company sets.
  • Discipline, projection and focus, since the studio says it works with high-profile models who want to make webcam modeling their profession.

The page then asks anyone who thinks she does not meet these conditions to refrain from sending an application, because the studio's focus is on working with top candidates. That selective line is part of the terms as published: the studio presents itself as choosing its models, not as open enrollment.

The contact block on both pages points to Ibagué in Tolima, Colombia, with an email address and a mobile phone number, and the work page carries sign-up prompts ("INSCRIBETE HOY", "VINCULATE"). Applications go through direct contact with the studio.

Who it suits and who it does not

The studio suits an adult woman in or near Ibagué who is new to cam work and wants training, a prepared room, photography and a team around her instead of building a home setup. The training topics include finances and languages, which matters for a model who wants to work with an international audience, and English is named as the main foreign language the studio looks for. Someone who values clarity about pay will find that punctual payment and clear accounts are the studio's main selling point, repeated in its own pitch and in its testimonials.

It does not suit a model who wants to work from home, since the listed benefits are tied to the premises. It does not suit someone outside Colombia or someone who does not read Spanish, because every page is in Spanish and the application route is a phone and email contact in Ibagué. The selective tone is also a caveat: the studio tells candidates who do not fit its conditions not to apply, and it asks for discipline and a willingness to treat the work as a profession.

A final caveat is how little of the contract is public. The percentage line is the only payout number on the site and the income range is a marketing claim, so the rest of the terms reach a candidate through the phone and email contact, once she applies.
