What the business is
Diamante Webcam, which signs its pages Diamante Estudios, is a webcam studio in Medellín, Colombia. It recruits models to broadcast live and offers two ways to work: in its studio, which it says is near metro stations, or from home as a "satélite" model. Its pages are in Spanish and list payments every two weeks on both routes. The home page describes it as a legally constituted webcam modeling company and says the agency is rated among the top ones in the country, which is its own claim. The copyright line runs from 2018 to 2026, and the home page calls the studio one of the pioneers of webcam modeling in the industry.
For a reader the key point is the split between the two routes. The studio route is limited to women aged 18 to 25 who can give 5 hours a day. The home route lists equipment, not an age band.
How earning works here
The home page explains the job in simple terms: a webcam model is a person who, through a web page, gives pleasure to admirers who pay well for it, using personality, charisma and talent to relate to fans and viewers. The blog adds that the audience pays with virtual coins, and it talks about "tippers" and tokens. In its words the work is adult entertainment over the web: sensual and sexual shows, and above all a good connection with users, who are the ones sending the coins. The home page has a section headed "Transmitimos en las siguientes páginas" for the sites the studio broadcasts on, shown as logos, and the blog's post list includes advice written for Chaturbate.
Studio route. The join page says the studios are in Medellín near the metro and have 4 flexible work shifts. The facilities are described as fitted with top technology and design, with themed rooms ("habitaciones ambientadas"), technical support, training and accompaniment. A blog post on how webcam modeling really works gives the studio's view of what a model should expect from any studio: her own room or space, a computer with two screens when more than one site is used, lighting umbrellas, a bed, mirrors and decoration, an induction on each platform before she starts, and a space for makeup and hair. It also expects a lounge where models can rest between broadcasts and meet. The induction includes blocking, before starting, the countries where the model does not want to be seen. The post also says that everything is virtual and that neither the leaders nor the users can force a model to do anything she is not comfortable with.
Satellite route. The join page says modeling "no tiene fronteras" and that a model can work from home with a computer, internet, a camera, privacy and the right attitude, with no fixed hours. The requirements listed are space to broadcast, internet of at least 10 Mb, a computer and a webcam. The route comes with training and accompaniment, technical support and biweekly payments, like the studio route. The home page says the satellite mode is especially useful for people who live outside Medellín. It also claims to be the only webcam studio that lets a model work from its premises and from outside them at the same time, a claim the studio makes about itself.
Support is described in three parts on the home page. Under "Asistencia 24/7" the studio says the trade can be practiced at any time of day, so it keeps trained staff on hand to solve any problem or question when it comes up, and its opening paragraph mentions technical support available 24 hours. Under technology it lists computers, the peripherals needed for a fluid broadcast and fiber-optic internet. Under "Discreción Total" it addresses the fear of being seen by someone close: the studio says it blocks the model's country of origin and any other country she wants.
Training is a stated part of the offer: the home page says being a webcam model is a trade that has to be learned, calls the studio expert in training models, and says it has built a training plan to help models reach their goals. In the studio, the in-person accompaniment comes from staff the page calls leaders.
The blog gives a picture of how the studio thinks about earning, and it is advice and not a guarantee. A post on becoming a top model lists these habits:
- Be constant, connecting more than 5 hours a day.
- Work when others do not, such as weekends and holidays.
- Invest in lingerie, toys and the decoration of the room as she advances.
- Unblock all countries, since the post says many top models worldwide have done so to position themselves faster.
- Take care of appearance and interact warmly with users.
- Change look when results stall.
The same post defines a top model as the one who does well on the platforms and generates the most earnings, and says she looks after her image, innovates in her broadcasts and draws users through her social networks.
A New Year post, written for 2020, adds saving money, setting goals, planning shows instead of improvising them, and keeping to the connection schedule, because fans get used to a model's hours and drift away when she misses them. It says satellite models benefit from investing in a good camera and microphone.
Money and rules
The durable facts are the schedule and the paperwork. The join page lists "Pagos quincenales", biweekly payments, on both the studio and satellite routes, and it asks every applicant for an original cédula or a passport. The site does not publish a payout percentage or revenue split.
On income, the FAQ read in October 2026 answers: "Puedes obtener ingresos superiores a un millón de pesos quincenales o hasta más de 3 millones." That is more than 1 million pesos every two weeks, or more than 3 million, depending on attitude and effort in the broadcasts. This is the studio's own claim, and the home page makes a softer version of it: the work needs some hours a day and an excellent attitude, and many people have reached financial independence doing it with the studio.
The conditions on the join page for everyone:
- Be of legal age.
- Have an original cédula or a passport.
- Be responsible.
- Have a basic level of computer use.
- Have a good attitude.
For the studio route it adds three requirements: be a woman, be between 18 and 25, and be available 5 hours a day. For the satellite route it lists the home setup described above. The FAQ says anyone over 18 can work as a webcam model and that confidence, attitude and willingness matter most, while the join page keeps the 18 to 25 band for the studio route only.
The FAQ also states that there is no physical contact with a second person, because everything happens over the internet. It says lingerie and toys are not required to start and can be acquired along the way. A model can leave whenever she wants and can return to collect her pay. On limits, the blog's position is that a model is not obliged to do anything she is uncomfortable with.
Who it suits and who it does not
The studio route suits a woman between 18 and 25 who lives in Medellín, can commit 5 hours a day and wants a room, training and support without buying equipment. The satellite route suits a model who already has a computer, a webcam, a private space and an internet line of at least 10 Mb, including someone outside Medellín. A newcomer who wants to know about discipline and routines will find the blog's advice useful, if general.
The caveats are plain. A model cannot compare Diamante with another studio on pay from the site alone, because the split is not on it. The 18 to 25 limit excludes older applicants from the studio route, which leaves them the satellite route and its equipment list. The income range is a claim rather than a statement of terms, and the blog posts cited here are dated 2019 and 2020, so their advice is the studio's view from those years. The studio invites candidates to book an appointment and see its premises, which is the natural point to read the terms.
