What JC Studios is

JC Studios is a webcam studio from Medellín, Colombia, that signs models to broadcast from home or from its own branches. Its pages are in Spanish. A model works under a mandate contract, is paid a percentage of what her accounts generate, and receives the money by bank transfer twice a month. The page for home-based work is titled "Modelo webcam desde casa", and its minimum requirements are being 18 or older, a computer or laptop with a good camera, a stable internet connection, a private and quiet space at home, a minimum availability of 6 hours a day, and a willingness to be guided.

The site says the business has spent more than 15 years training models in Colombia, and its FAQ gives the registered company name as JC SUPPORT S.A.S. Its pitch to models is "Acompañamiento, formación y estrategias para que vivas del modelaje webcam con estabilidad" (support, training and strategies for living from webcam modeling with stability). A reader who stops here should know this is a structured studio with fixed hours, a published share range and a tiered benefits system. It also advises people who want to open a studio of their own, which is a separate, paid service.

How earning works

A model here broadcasts on third-party cam sites through accounts the studio creates and manages. The FAQ says JC works only on free, token-based platforms, recommends starting on them for at least the first 6 months, and tells home-based models to use one platform at a time. The platform pays the studio a total, and the studio splits that total with the model; the FAQ adds that a model can always see the real value of the token the studio receives.

The FAQ describes two ways to work from home. In the first, the model is a satellite of the studio and follows its training guide, with virtual technical support, partial monitoring, advice and audits, discounted accessories and toys payable in installments, and access to trainings at the Medellín branches. In the second, she works more independently: the studio only creates her accounts and hands over her payments, with no extra benefits or support, and she connects when she wants. The FAQ also answers that a model outside Colombia can work, since the studio can create the account from Colombia and she can use it from anywhere.

The studio does not let satellite and in-branch models set their own hours. In its FAQ it answers the question of why other studios let models manage their hours with a statement of its own policy: JC Studios does not, "porque conoce el valor del tiempo de transmisión" (because it knows the value of broadcast time), and it says a fixed connection schedule builds discipline. Weekend-only work is ruled out. The branches are open every day, and a model picks one fixed rest day a week that is written into her contract. The FAQ says the branches take women only and that men work as satellites from home.

The FAQ is blunt about the start. It says that "empezar no es fácil en lo absoluto" (starting is not easy at all), that a new model can begin with very small payments or with payments she never expected, and then adds in capitals that nothing is certain. It refuses to promise privacy as well: geographic blocking exists on the platforms, it says, but viewers can keep recordings, so no studio can guarantee absolute privacy. That is the studio's own caution against the usual promises.

On support, the FAQ says the model is never alone and that monitors are non-invasive, available when she needs them. The model page lists profile development, performance monitoring based on data, branding, traffic campaigns, a real-time translator and a training platform called WC Training. It also tells new models that the first skill is reading English. Contact with users outside the platform is forbidden: the FAQ says the contract ends immediately and the model is fined her balance.

The tools section is a separate draw, and it is free. For models there is a token calculator and a show generator. The calculator converts tokens into local currency for independent models, who keep everything after platform and transfer fees, and for models with a studio, where the user enters her percentage, the studio's percentage and the studio's exchange rate. It covers token-based sites such as Chaturbate, Stripchat, BongaCams and CamSoda and credit-based sites such as LiveJasmin, Streamate and Flirt4Free. The show generator gives up to 3 show ideas a day, filtered by gender (female, male or trans), category and difficulty level, in Spanish or English.

Money and rules

The payout model is a revenue share under a "contrato de mandato", in which the model is the principal and the studio administers the money her accounts generate. The FAQ stresses that it is not an employment contract. As of October 2026 the FAQ's answers on the share differ by where a model works: one puts her participation at 60 to 65% depending on responsibility and sales, and the home-based answers say the split can reach 80% for the model, in each case set by an earnings table in the contract. The satellite option lists a minimum payment of 50 USD.

Payment is by bank transfer twice a month. The FAQ names the 5th and the 20th as the official dates in two answers and the 7th and the 22nd in a third. Its bank is Bancolombia, and a model with an account at another bank bears the transfer costs. For models outside Colombia the FAQ says it could pay through Paxum, PayPal, international bank transfer or Western Union.

The deductions are stated too. In October 2026 the FAQ says the studio settles at the day's official exchange rate minus 200 COP per dollar, and that the model covers a 4% tax withholding and her own social security. The studio does not pay social benefits, because the model is treated as independent.

The benefits table on the model page, read in October 2026, ties each perk to tenure and volume, and says benefits are subject to evaluation, terms and the model's manager. An advance of up to 70% of accumulated production can be requested once every 30 days with at least 18,000 tokens accumulated. Psychological assistance, English classes by Zoom, a phone medical line, a gym reimbursement, photo sessions, equipment upgrades and performance prizes mostly require more than 8 months at JC plus token or connection-hour targets.

Two rules deserve attention. The FAQ says no permanence clause is signed, but that in October 2026 the studio counts an initial investment of $1’200.000 in a model who commits, which she must repay if she does not follow through. And the platform, not the studio, asks for the identity document that proves legal age: a cédula or passport for Colombians, a foreigner's ID or passport for others. The FAQ says the studio rejects any work with minors.

Who it suits and who it does not

JC Studios suits a person who wants to work from home and is willing to keep fixed hours in return for coaching, monitoring and an advance on earnings. The published share range, pay dates and exchange-rate rule suit a model who wants terms she can read before she writes to the studio. The free token calculator suits an independent model comparing a studio deal with working alone, and the second home option suits one who only wants account handling and payouts.

It suits less well a model who wants full control of her schedule, since the studio rejects that on principle and asks for at least 6 hours a day. Many benefits apply only after 8 months or at high token levels, so a new model reaches few of them early. The FAQ's answers were written at different times and do not always agree on dates and percentages, so the earnings table in the contract is the figure that counts. A model who wants credit-based private platforms is outside the studio's token-only approach.
