What the business is

Crudo Studio is a webcam studio in Bogotá, Colombia, open to women only. It sits in the Modelia neighborhood in the west of the city, 3 blocks from a TransMilenio station, and its pages say it has run for 7+ years with 25+ models. Models work on site in 6-hour shifts and broadcast on Chaturbate, Stripchat and Streamate. The studio states a fixed percentage share for the model, written into the contract, and pays every Friday.

The pages are in Spanish. To apply you must be a woman, be 18 or older, and hold a valid cédula de ciudadanía, PEP or PPT. It is a studio for someone in Bogotá who wants on-site work with a team and a written split, and it is not for home-based work.

How earning works here

The work is live cam broadcasting on three platforms: Chaturbate, Stripchat and Streamate. Shifts last 6 hours, morning, afternoon or night, and the studio lists 3 platforms per shift. On Stripchat she broadcasts with an iPhone the studio provides, and the studio network is WiFi 7 at 900 megas. Every model broadcasts from the studio in Modelia, with a monitor watching her room. The FAQ is direct on the point: working from home is not possible.

The studio's main support feature is the monitor. Its pages say there is one monitor for every 5 models. When a room fills up, a model cannot perform and answer everyone, so the monitor joins from the first minute and replies to half or more of the chat in the model's own style. The monitor also shows each model her numbers every week. The studio calls its own app a coach, a translator and a daily report: live coaching on what to do next and how the camera looks, and a report on who came in, who paid and what to improve. It translates what a model types and what viewers write, so English is not required, and a feature called "Mi inglés" teaches English from phrases actually used in the room.

Onboarding follows a published schedule. The studio gives 2 days of training before the first broadcast. On the second day the model sits in her room with a trainer, dressed and not streaming, and practices as in a real session. The monitor joins her room from the first minute of her first broadcast, and on that day she receives a starter kit with a first professional toy and its cleaner. After 4 weeks of broadcasting she gets a second one. The pages also list a restaurant inside the studio, free for the first 2 weeks, and a monthly studio photo session for a model's profile and social accounts.

The rest of the support list is unusually concrete. The studio names a psychologist on the team, an accountant who keeps each model's numbers up to date, a community manager working with AI tools on the models' social accounts, an internal store for accessories and outfits, and themed rooms plus spaces that simulate public places, so a model can change scenery without leaving the building. Before any of that, the visit itself is part of the process: a candidate sees the rooms, reads the real contract and talks with models who are working there.

The studio publishes a goal for the quarter, which it describes as a studio target and not a promise of income: each model should move up one step in weekly tokens before December, from whichever band she is in now. The monitor, a daily report and training in the app are the tools it names for that.

Two points matter for particular readers. On payout speed, the schedule is weekly: the pages say "Te pagamos cada viernes" (payment every Friday). On couples, the studio is women only, and its FAQ answers the partner question this way: "Somos un studio exclusivo de mujeres: parejas o tríos de chicas, sí." Pairs or trios of women can work together.

Privacy is a large part of the pitch. The studio blocks Colombia, and any other countries a model wants, from day one. She works under a stage name, the account is opened in her own name, and the studio says none of her data appears on the platform. The exact street address is shared only when a visit is booked over WhatsApp, which the studio says protects the models. If a model leaves, she can buy her account at a price that depends on her billing, and if she does not, it is deactivated.

Money and rules

The payout model is a fixed revenue share with no fines, written into a contract a candidate can read during her visit. As of October 2026 the studio states "55 % fijo, en contrato", a fixed 55% share for the model, and describes it as her part of what she bills.

Payments go out every Friday. The studio settles in pesos at the day's dollar rate, and in October 2026 it states an average gap of 50 to 60 pesos per dollar below the official TRM, updated daily and shown on the site next to the official rate. It also publishes an illustrative weekly example for a beginner at that day's rate, framed as an example, and adds that earnings depend on hours and consistency. The pages list "Sin multas" (no fines) and advances when a model needs them.

Requirements and rules the pages state:

  • A model must be a woman, 18 or older, with a valid cédula de ciudadanía, PEP or PPT.
  • No experience and no English are needed.
  • The work is on site only, in Modelia, in 6-hour shifts.
  • A contract is signed, models work under a stage name, and the studio cites Ley 1581 on data protection.

The studio also cites Constitutional Court ruling T-109 of 2021 on labor rights for a webcam model and Ley 2010 of 2019 on studios as exporters of services. It states these as its own legal summary. Its own guide tells candidates to read a contract in full and calmly before signing, and not to sign on the day of the visit.

Who it suits and who it does not

The studio suits a woman in Bogotá who is new to cam work and would rather have a written split, a Friday payout, a monitor in her room and 2 days of training than set up alone. It suits women who want their country blocked and a stage name from the start. It suits women who work with another woman or in a trio, since the studio says pairs and trios of women are fine.

The caveats are real. Everything is on site, so a model must live in or near Bogotá and be available for a 6-hour shift. There is no home option. The studio does not accept men or mixed groups. The price to buy an account on leaving is not published beyond the statement that it depends on billing. The studio also offers its pitch as a comparison tool: a 100-point table of 7 criteria to carry to each studio visit, covering a written percentage, a transparent dollar rate, accounts in the model's name, fines, training, geographic blocking and facilities. It suggests visiting at least 2 studios in the same week and asking each the same questions. That is useful advice, but the table's criteria are the studio's own.
