What On Private is

On Private (also written OnPrivate and On Private Inc.) is a webcam studio in Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia. Its home page describes it as a webcam modeling agency focused on training professional models, and says the studio has a track record "desde 2016" (since 2016). It recruits webcam models and also partners with other studio teams, through three tracks: studio models who work from its premises, satellite models who work from anywhere, and substudios, which are outside teams that join On Private. The site does not publish its payout terms or a joining fee. Everything on it is in Spanish, aimed at models in Colombia and, for the satellite track, anywhere else.

How earning works here

The earner here is a cam model who streams on outside webcam platforms with the studio behind her. The home page says its years in the business have made it known for two things: the benefits it gives, and its handling of private and public cam pages, where it says it always manages to place among the top webcam models. That sentence is the clearest description of the service.
