What Top Models Agency is

Top Models Agency is a webcam agency based in Bogotá, in the Teusaquillo district, that signs models for its own studios, for work from home as "modelos satélite" (satellite models), and for allied studios that want its backing. Its pages call it "una empresa constituida en Colombia dedicada al entretenimiento para adultos y a la formación de modelos" (a company incorporated in Colombia dedicated to adult entertainment and model training) and claim "más de 10 años, 11 sedes en Colombia y más de 1.000 modelos activas" (more than 10 years, 11 locations in Colombia and more than 1,000 active models). It pays models a percentage of what they generate, weekly, with a higher share for those who work from home. Joining needs no experience, the training is described as free, and the first step is a message on WhatsApp. The site is in Spanish and calls the agency number 1 in Colombia, which is its own slogan.

How earning works here

The agency runs 3 tracks, each with its own page: "Modelos de Estudio", "Modelos Satélite" and "Estudios Aliados". In the first two the earner is a cam model who streams live and is paid a share of her sales. The third is for someone who wants to own a studio.

Studio models work in the agency's own premises. The studio page describes flexible hours, "¡Tú decides cuándo trabajar!" (you decide when to work), and says the agency adapts fully to the model's availability so she can keep up other activities. It lists the people around her: trainers, monitors and psychological guidance, technical support, professional photo sessions and editing, and classes in makeup and acting. A newcomer is promised constant accompaniment in every broadcast, with everything taught from zero, step by step, through free training and daily support. The page invites applicants to write on WhatsApp, visit the studio and interview the same day.

The agency also sells the premises. Its contact block describes a private bathroom for each room and common areas, and the benefits plan adds English classes, gym access, psychological support, body expression classes, recreational activities and what it calls luxury rooms. The home page FAQ says the agency supplies the working materials, including toys, makeup and wardrobe, as support items, so the model does not have to buy them. The same FAQ says a model's physical look and experience matter least: "tu actitud, espontaneidad y las ganas que tengas de aprender" (your attitude, spontaneity and willingness to learn) are what bring loyal users and rising income, in the agency's words.

Satellite models work from home. The page says "Si no tienes equipos, te prestamos computador, cámara e iluminación" (if you have no equipment, we lend you a computer, camera and lighting), and its service list adds a TV suited to streaming and a wireless keyboard. The agency says it configures the profile, trains the model virtually and gives her expert monitoring and psychological support, with a virtual interview as the first step. A model who already has the basic technology and decor to stream can get advice in place of the loan. The page says a satellite model is linked to the agency with all its benefits, as if she were in one of its locations. On where she streams, it speaks of "Las plataformas de transmisión más grandes del mundo" (the largest streaming platforms in the world) and of profile setup by experts in algorithms. The site does not name those platforms.

The home page and the studio page list what else comes with the job: traffic and positioning, loyalty bonuses ("bonos de fidelización"), motivational coaching, financial advice, national and international trips, a professional portfolio, technical support and monitoring "24/7". The agency also advertises financing through what it calls investments and credits. The benefits plan names housing anywhere in Colombia, a car or motorbike, an aesthetician and a plastic surgeon, home appliances and furniture, a cell phone, personal care such as manicures and massages, and lingerie and accessories, and a separate block adds financing for studies. These are presented as benefits of belonging to the agency, a credit arrangement between model and agency on top of her pay.

Allied studios are the studio-owner track, and it is a different kind of offer. The page is headed "Tú inviertes, nosotros operamos tu estudio webcam" (you invest, we operate your webcam studio): the owner brings the investment, and the agency recruits models every week, trains them and the studio's monitors, accompanies each broadcast and reports on the operation. Its support list runs from legal framework advice and the creation of studio accounts to training on master accounts and help opening bank accounts abroad, with a free consultation by WhatsApp as the first step. A model reads this page for one reason: it shows that the agency also places models in studios it runs for investors.

Money and rules

The pay model is a revenue share paid weekly, and the share depends on the track. In October 2026 the satellite page says "En Top Models Agency te quedas con el 90% de lo que generas y recibes tu pago cada semana" (at Top Models Agency you keep 90% of what you generate and are paid every week). The studio page says "Los pagos son semanales, puedes ganar hasta el 75%" (payments are weekly, you can earn up to 75%). The studio figure is an upper limit, and the agency ties income to a model's dedication and activity. The difference between the tracks follows the cost: the studio model uses the agency's rooms, staff and materials, and the satellite model works from her own home.

On top of the share the agency advertises a floor, and the site words it in more than one way. As of October 2026 the home page headline reads "Ganancia mínima mensual de $ 4.000.000" (minimum monthly earnings of 4,000,000 pesos), the studio page speaks of initial financial support of up to the same amount for new models once they are selected, and the satellite page says a payment guarantee of 4 million pesos also applies to satellite models. The home page FAQ, asked how that guarantee works, answers "Nuestro salario base es de $8.000.000, y eso es solo el comienzo" (our base salary is 8,000,000, and that is just the beginning). The agency also claims to be "el único estudio del mercado que ofrece apoyo económico inicial a las modelos nuevas al ser seleccionadas" (the only studio on the market that offers initial financial support to new models when selected). All of this is the agency's advertising. The conditions attached to the guarantee are the ones in the agreement a model signs.

The site also carries income slogans, among them a weekly earnings range for its models and "Ventas garantizadas semana uno" (guaranteed sales in week one). They are sales copy, and the agency ties actual income to a model's dedication and activity.

The site does not name the payout method. The agency gives a street address in Teusaquillo, Bogotá, and links a privacy policy in its footer. Contact for every track runs through WhatsApp.

Who it suits and who it does not

Top Models Agency suits a beginner in Colombia who wants equipment, training and a weekly payment, and who values the support list, from monitors to psychological guidance. The studio track suits someone in Bogotá who wants a staffed room, supplied materials and hours she can fit around other commitments.

The satellite track suits a model who wants to stay at home and has no equipment, because the agency says it lends a computer, camera and lighting, and it suits a model who already streams from home and wants monitoring and profile setup while keeping the larger share.

It suits a model who plans to stay a while. The loyalty bonuses, the trips and the financing for a home or a vehicle are all rewards for staying, and credit from the agency ties a model to it more closely than a plain revenue share does. That is the caveat for anyone who values being able to leave quickly.

It is a weaker fit for a reader who wants one unambiguous number. A satellite share, a studio share that is an upper limit, a minimum and a base salary sit on the same site in different words, so what applies to a given model is settled at the interview. It is also less suited to someone who wants to choose her cam sites before applying, since the agency speaks only of the largest platforms, and to a performer with her own audience who wants neither monitors nor a studio brand behind her.
