What Best Studios is
Best Studios is a videochat studio in Romania that recruits women to work as webcam models on the big live platforms, with its main site at Piața Unirii. The home page places that site in Bucharest. It calls itself the number 1 studio in Europe, which is its own claim. It pays models through a fixed income plus commission, runs an in-person interview and a signed legal contract, and trains beginners from zero. The site lists no registration fees among its commitments and says the studio charges nothing extra for the beauty services that go with the job: "La studioul de videochat Best Studios, nu plătești nimic extra" (at the Best Studios videochat studio you pay nothing extra).
The studio headlines 150+ models in its team and 25 years of experience. It also lists franchise studios in Iasi, Pitesti, Brasov and Targu Mures and invites readers to get in touch about opening a Best franchise in their own city.
How earning works here
The earner is a model who streams live videochat from a studio room. The site names four platforms where its models work: Stripchat, LiveJasmin, Chaturbate and Streamate. It gives each a line in its own words. Stripchat is credited with the largest volume of organic traffic, and the studio names a multi-type strategy there of token shows, privates and fan clubs running at the same time. LiveJasmin is presented as the premium platform, with high-end clients who pay premium prices for fewer hours. Chaturbate is described through its token economy and round-the-clock traffic across time zones. Streamate is described as built on private and premium interactions paid for by users.
The studio's role is everything around the camera. Each model gets a personal manager and a personal trainer, described as "ghidare zilnică, strategie personalizată și suport non-stop" (daily guidance, a personalized strategy and round-the-clock support). Training starts from zero, so no prior webcam experience is needed, and the FAQ says most of the studio's top models started with none. The site says the same training system is what hundreds of its models used, and it says more than 5,000 women have been helped over 25 years. It also claims 999+ successful models trained.
Viewers find a model on the platform itself, and the studio coaches how she is positioned there. The site speaks of "strategii exclusive de Chaturbate" (exclusive Chaturbate strategies) built over 15 years on that platform. On Streamate it says the studio's method is to optimize a model's time online, her positioning and the conversion of viewers to paid sessions. The FAQ describes the job as creating connections with members around the world through an online video platform, with the model deciding how much she works, what she does on camera and how she builds her personal brand.
Work arrangements are flexible. The site lists full-time or part-time work and a flexible schedule, and states that models are not forced to work a set number of hours. In the FAQ, some models work 4 hours a day and others 8 to 12 hours when they want to maximize income. The studio says there are no fines or penalties: "Best Studios nu funcționează cu amenzi sau penalizări" (Best Studios does not operate with fines or penalties).
The physical setup is a large part of the pitch. The site gives the main studio a total area of 4,000 m² and 80 rooms with a complete live setup, each styled differently and named. It says camera, lights, sound and PC are ready in every room: three ring lights, a camera on a tripod, a powerful PC with a large monitor and a studio condenser microphone. The building also has a terrace, a reception where contracts are signed and a photo studio, and accommodation is available under certain conditions. The franchise studios list their own features, such as 4K rooms in Targu Mures, an in-house salon in Pitesti and accommodation included in Iasi.
Included beauty services are lash extensions by certified technicians, a manicure and gel nails in the studio's own salon, and a makeup salon with Hollywood mirrors and a dedicated makeup artist. The site marks each as free for models. It also says the studio staff is 80+ people, including managers with more than 10 years of experience, trainers, IT technicians, stylists, makeup artists, HR, accountants and 24/7 support.
Money and rules
The pay model is "Venit fix + comision" (fixed income plus commission), under a contract. The site's list of commitments says the commission is communicated from the start and that every condition of the collaboration is explained at the first meeting, with payments on time and detailed monthly reports. It lists "Fără taxe de înregistrare" (no registration fees) and presents the whole arrangement as free of hidden costs. The site does not publish the fixed amount or the commission rate, and it does not name the payout method.
The contract is the other durable fact. The studio says it works only on the basis of a registered contract, that income is officially declared to the tax authority ANAF, and that the arrangement comes with social contributions, health insurance and legal protection. The FAQ calls the work fully legal in Romania.
What the site does publish in numbers is its own earnings marketing, and there is a lot of it. In October 2026 its headline claim is "$13.000 Media venituri lunare" (a $13,000 average monthly income) for its models, which it says is a real average worked out over the hours it analyzes each year and something it can demonstrate at the interview. Around that it shows a wide monthly range, a total earned by its models, and a block for each of the four platforms covering January to August 2026 with the highest month and the average of the top 10 models. The FAQ adds ranges for the first months and for later, and says income depends on effort, time and the quality of the performance. The site says screenshots of the model dashboards are shown at the interview. One franchise lists a guaranteed income among its features, and the main page speaks of safe earnings from the first month. All of these are the studio's advertising about its roster and its top earners, and they describe no particular applicant's pay.
On who is accepted, the site addresses women between 18 and 30 and says looks matter: "aspectul fizic și îngrijirea personală contează" (physical appearance and personal care count). It says it looks for women who are well kept, with personality and charisma as important as appearance. Privacy terms are a pseudonym chosen by the model, protected personal data and a signed confidentiality agreement, and the site notes that the platforms let a model block certain geographic areas.
Applying takes a WhatsApp message or the web form, which asks for a name, a phone number, an Instagram handle and any platform experience. An in-person interview at the studio follows, then signing the contract and starting training. The form promises an answer within 24 hours.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits a woman living near the main studio, or in a city with a franchise, who has never done webcam work and wants the studio to supply training, a manager, a trainer, a room, lights, makeup, lashes and nails. The no-fines rule and the freedom to set her own hours also fit someone who wants to try the work part-time first. The studio reaches out to people with hostess, waitressing, reception or promoter backgrounds and to those who enjoy filming, fashion and talking to people.
It suits someone who wants the work on paper. A registered contract, declared income and health insurance are stated as commitments, which matters to a model who needs proof of income or social cover.
It is a weaker fit for an established model who already has her own audience and her own accounts, because the commission is disclosed at the first meeting and cannot be compared in advance with going alone. Everything on the site is built around rooms, salons and staff on the premises, so a model who wants to stream from home is outside what it presents. The appearance requirement is stated openly, and the site speaks to women up to 30.
The caveat is the marketing. The headline earnings are the studio's own figures for its roster and its top performers, presented with words like safe and guaranteed, and a new model has only the contract and the commission she is quoted to go on.
