What Gloria Agency is
Gloria Agency is a Romanian videochat studio that recruits women as webcam models and works with LiveJasmin, where it says it is an official partner. It says it is among "singurele 8 studiouri de videochat la nivel global, parteneri oficiali Live Jasmin" (the only 8 videochat studios worldwide that are official LiveJasmin partners), and it describes itself as a leader of the industry in Romania and worldwide. Both claims are its own. It runs two studios in Bucharest, one at Piata Unirii and one at Piata Romana, and the work is done on the premises.
A new model is offered a choice of pay: a guaranteed monthly income for the first months, or a percentage of what she takes in. The agency also says it has been training top models for more than 20 years, while an older post on its blog speaks of more than 16 years of experience. The site is in Romanian, and its menu has sections for hiring, for how much videochat pays, for the two studios and for what it calls the Gloria school.
How earning works here
The model streams live videochat to members in various countries through a camera and the internet. The agency's blog defines the job as the transmission of live images and a dialogue between the model and several people, whose content "tine strict de imaginatia fiecaruia" (is strictly up to each person's imagination) and is based on the erotic. The site stays at that level and describes no specific shows. The platform is LiveJasmin: the partnership, the contests the agency cites and a blog post calling it the number 1 studio on LiveJasmin all point to the same site.
The agency supplies the structure around the model. The home page lists these features of working there:
- Premium training, which the agency presents as the core of what it does.
- A dedicated trainer, "Trainer dedicat non-stop", with trainers available around the clock to guide and motivate the model so that she is never on her own.
- Extra traffic and higher takings, both named as benefits of the partnership.
- A guaranteed minimum income at the start, so that a new model can concentrate on developing without financial worry.
- Clear procedures that protect a model's identity if she wants that. An older blog post is headed with the promise that she can earn from videochat without acquaintances finding out, and says the agency guarantees confidentiality.
- An interest-free loan, "imprumut cu dobanda zero", for a house, a car or other financial support.
- Luxury holidays as a reward for performance, described as free.
- Trips for its top models. A blog post describes a Miami journey organized to show the top models the team's gratitude.
The recruitment path is described in detail, and it is the part of the offer a reader can check in person. A model fills in an application or contacts the agency and is invited to an interview. The blog says the interview is a free conversation with the HR manager about videochat from A to Z. The manager presents the premises and the benefits, and shows a presentation video in which a model introduces the whole team, the same people the newcomer meets on her first day. At the end the two agree on a day for a phone call to confirm or decline, or the applicant can answer on the spot. The home page adds that at the interview the applicant is shown each department and experiences a work day in what the agency calls a luxury environment, with answers to all her questions.
Working time is organized in shifts. A notice on the blog from the pandemic period says the schedule is built in shifts at different hours, and the earnings estimator on the home page is laid out for working days of 4 to 6 hours, 6 to 8 hours and 8 to 10 hours. The choice of how many hours to work is presented as the model's.
The agency also uses its blog as a recruiting tool. It covers agency news, travel, fashion and beauty and career advice, with posts on how models invest their money and on dealing with prejudice about the job.
The only earning role on the site is the studio model's, on LiveJasmin.
Money and rules
The pay model is a guaranteed income at the start or a revenue share. In October 2026 the home page states it as "Venit garantat 2.000€/lunar in primele 3 luni sau procent de 75% din incasari" (guaranteed income of 2,000 euros a month in the first 3 months, or a percentage of 75% of takings), and the page title carries "6.000€ Garantat" (6,000 euros guaranteed). The benefits list repeats the offer and gives its purpose, which is to let a newcomer develop without money worries. The two terms are joined by "sau" (or), and the site does not say which applies after the third month. It does not name the payout method either.
Around that offer the site carries a good deal of earnings marketing. The home page has an estimator that ties a starting monthly income to the number of hours worked per day, a line about monthly earnings at the agency, and a claim about what the top models it has trained reach. The blog adds an average for a new model and a higher figure for one with advanced English. Under all of it the site prints its own caveat: "Veniturile variază în funcție de implicare, experiență, program de lucru și alți factori individuali" (income varies with involvement, experience, working schedule and other individual factors). These are the agency's claims about its models, and the guaranteed amount in the offer is the only one it commits to.
The agency's record is the other thing it sells. It says its models took first and second place in a LiveJasmin prize challenge and the top three places in a LiveJasmin summer contest, and its blog reports a 2018 XBIZ Awards nomination in the category "Cam Studio of the Year - Europe". These are results of its top performers.
The requirements come from the interview post. English is mandatory at medium to advanced level, the applicant should be ambitious with a well-set target, and she should be communicative. The holidays are a reward for performance, and the loan is presented simply as a benefit of belonging to the agency.
Who it suits and who it does not
It suits a woman who can work at one of the two studios, speaks English at a working level, wants to build a career on LiveJasmin and values a dedicated trainer and a guaranteed income while she learns. A beginner gets the most from that guarantee, which the agency says is there so she can develop without financial worry. The interview format, with a tour, a video of the team and no pressure to answer the same day, suits someone who wants to see the place before deciding.
It also suits an ambitious model who is motivated by contests and rewards. The agency's pitch is built on prize results, trips and holidays for top performers, and on a trainer who pushes for results.
The limits are clear. English is a hard requirement, so an applicant without it does not meet the stated conditions. The agency's focus is LiveJasmin, so it offers nothing to a model who wants to spread her income across several platforms or to sell clips and subscriptions, and everything it describes happens in its studios. The pay offer names a guarantee and a percentage without saying how they connect after the first months, so the contract is where that is settled. The contest results and the large sums in its marketing belong to its top end.
