What it is

Lucky Studio is a webcam studio in Iași, Romania, that employs cam models on a work contract and trains them from scratch. It describes itself as a "studio certificat LiveJasmin", a studio certified by LiveJasmin, and as the number 1 videochat studio in Iași, "top 1 din 2008". Nothing on the site asks a model to pay to join. The studio recruits by phone, message or WhatsApp, and the pitch is that a woman starts without experience and without a CV.

The studio pays models, not affiliates, and it serves a Romanian-speaking audience of women who live in or can move to Iași. It is explicitly a female-only workplace. The site says trainers, managers and colleagues are all women, and that the studio was built with university students in mind: its schedule is meant to fit around classes. It also pays a bonus to models who refer a friend.

The site claims 16 years of experience and more than 2,000 models trained. Those are the studio's own figures, and they are the main support it offers for its track record.

How earning works

The model works shifts in the studio's private office at Strada Păcurari 101 in Iași and performs live on videochat sites. The studio says it works only on premium sites and names three: LiveJasmin, Flirt4Free and AdultWork. Because it holds a LiveJasmin certification and what it calls special partnerships with the sites, it says models get higher earnings, guaranteed traffic, preferential promotion, extra help from the sites' own teams and extra promotions. Those are the studio's claims about its partners, and the page leaves the mechanics of the traffic to the interview.

The standard schedule is a full-time job on a contract: 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The model picks a morning, afternoon or night shift, and a part-time option with reduced, flexible hours exists. The student angle runs through the page: "Facultatea este prioritatea ta" (university is your priority), with a program adapted to the course timetable so that a student can cover her tuition and keep studying.

The studio gives the model a long list of inputs rather than a platform to figure out alone:

  • Training described as personalized, available at night and on weekends.
  • 21 experienced trainers who offer non-stop support.
  • Free makeup and professional photo and video sessions, with the studio's own stylist.
  • Periodic free beauty sessions with a specialist.
  • English lessons and personal coaching, listed among the lifestyle extras and held at the Iași office.
  • Free accommodation for the first 2 months, active from day 1.
  • Group trips to Dubai, Barcelona and Ibiza, which the site shows in photo and video galleries.

The testimonials on the page, all from models the studio chose to publish, fill in how this looks day to day. One says a trainer typed for her with a translation tool at first, until the free English lessons let her talk to members herself. Another says the studio arranged her free housing when she moved to Iași from a smaller town. A third, a student, says she builds her shifts around her seminars and sees her pay arrive on her card.

Getting started follows three steps on the site. The candidate phones or writes, and a female team member answers the same day, in private. She comes to the interview at the Păcurari office, sees the rooms, and signs the work contract and an NDA. Then she starts, and the site says the first earnings arrive in the first week. It adds that the visit carries no obligations and needs no CV, and that the team works "fără presiune și fără probe absurde" (without pressure and without absurd tests).

The referral program

Lucky Studio runs a "Recomandă o prietenă" scheme, which translates as "recommend a friend". The model who brings in a friend receives a share of the friend's takings for a limited number of periods, and the page says the bonus grows with what the referred model earns. In October 2026 the offer block sets that share at 10% of the referred model's takings in her first 10 periods, "conform condițiilor programului" (according to the program's conditions). A blog post dated August 20, 2026 repeats the pitch for current models who have friends looking for flexible work. The page is written for models already at the studio, and the program's conditions themselves are not printed on it.

Money and rules

The pay model is a commission on what the model earns on the cam sites, paid by the studio under a work contract. The site describes payments as safe, regular and on time "conform înțelegerii" (according to the agreement), backed by the work contract, the NDA, timesheets and what it calls total transparency on how income is calculated.

As of October 2026 the offer block advertises "60% comision" for the first 10 periods, on the condition of 60 hours worked per period. A second tile on the home page words the same opening window as the first 20 weeks. The site also calls its commissions the highest in Romania, which is its own claim, and it gives no rate for the time after that introductory window.

Two more money lines sit in the same offer, read in October 2026. There is a hiring bonus of 500 lei, tied to the contract and paid in stages "conform politicii" (according to the studio's policy). And the studio advertises that models earn between 4,000 and 15,000 euro per month, a marketing line that comes with no stated hours or conditions and is a claim, never a guarantee.

The legal framework, as the site tells it: the studio operates legally with all the required permits, the model is employed with a work book (carte de muncă), and the office is private. Only people aged 18 and over work there. The site also promises confidentiality and legal support.

The site does not publish a payout method, a payout threshold or the length of a period in calendar time.

Who it suits

The studio is aimed at a specific person: a woman in or near Iași, often a student, with no cam experience, who wants a salaried-style schedule and in-person support from an all-female team. Free housing for 2 months is a real draw for someone relocating, and one testimonial on the page comes from a model who moved to Iași for exactly that. The referral bonus favors models who already have friends who might join. A beginner whose English is weak gets trainers and lessons instead of being left alone with a chat window.

It is a weaker fit for an independent model who wants to keep a larger share, choose her own platforms or work from home. The site describes an on-site job on three named sites, with a contract, an NDA and fixed schedule patterns, and nothing about a remote program. It also suits poorly anyone who wants a long-term rate in black and white, because the advertised commission covers only an opening stretch of periods and depends on the hours worked in each.

Models comparing studios should keep the trips, the vacations and the advertised monthly income range apart from the hard terms. Only the opening commission, the hiring bonus and the referral share are specific enough to hold the studio to, and each of them points to conditions or a policy that the model sees at the interview.
