Fancy Studio is a Romanian videochat studio that hires women as webcam models, and it pays them an employment-style income built from a guaranteed minimum and a percentage of their takings. Applicants do not need English or prior experience, and the studio says the only age condition is being over 18. It is a studio with in-person shifts, so it suits applicants who live within reach of it, or who can use the housing it offers to those from elsewhere.

The studio says a model gets a contract from the first day, for a long period, and that everything is legal and safe. The brand leans on training, makeup and a team it describes as young and professional, with a stated focus on elegance and intelligence, and it addresses the reader as a woman who wants to start in videochat. The way in is an interview at the studio, which the site says starts with a phone call.

How earning works here

The model's work is private chat sessions with members from other countries, over a webcam, on adult sites that the pages call "site-uri pentru adulți". The model page explains the work this way. The conversation takes place in the model's own room, with limited access and the model alone in it. The member pays by the minute and the model is paid by the minute. In October 2026 the model page says prices differ from site to site and run "de la $2/min până la 10$/min" (from $2 a minute to $10 a minute). Those are the per-minute prices on the sites, and the model's share of them is set by the studio's percentage. • A free photo and video session arranged before the collaboration starts, because the profile is the model's calling card.

• Dedicated support 24/7, which the site ties to the point that English is not necessary.
• Bonuses that depend on seriousness and involvement, and "pachete de bonusare" (bonus packages) the studio says it will introduce.
• Aesthetic support. The pages say cosmetic procedures are offered free by the studio, and that financial support for cosmetic surgery is among the benefits. For its top models it also lists the chance to receive such operations.

Schedules are in two shifts, morning or evening, and the pages describe a flexible 7 hours a day. The text also lists a night shift and a day shift, and says part-time is possible. Models can choose their schedule from one week to the next. The site says there are no strict rules.

On the money mechanics the studio describes an employment arrangement. A model signs an employment contract that the studio calls fully legal, receives a payslip every month showing the real sums earned, and can see her takings around the clock to follow her daily progress. It also says "banii tăi sunt banii tăi, nu vor exista niciodată discuții" (your money is your money, there will never be any discussion).

There is one more way to be paid. As of October 2026 the hiring page offers a recommendation bonus of $1,000 to a model who brings a friend to work with her, and the home page lists cash compensation for any recommended model. It is a scheme for recruiting colleagues into the studio.

Privacy is handled on the hiring page. The studio says every videochat site it works with has the option to block access for anyone in Romania, that a model's data is protected once the contract is signed, and that the identity of its models is strictly confidential. Money and rules

The pay model has two parts: a guaranteed monthly minimum, and above it a share that moves with results. The studio offers "procentaj dinamic în funcție de încasările tale zilnice" (a dynamic percentage depending on your daily takings), documented by the monthly payslip. The site does not publish the percentage or its steps.

The guaranteed minimum appears in two forms. In October 2026 the benefits list on the home page says "1.500$ venit minim garantat lunar" (a guaranteed minimum monthly income of $1,500), and the introduction on the same page describes a salary package with a guarantee of "7.500 de lei minim, lunar" (at least 7,500 lei a month). One is in dollars and one in the local currency, and the figure that binds is the one written into the employment contract.

The site also carries earnings talk, all the studio's own: a line on the model page about very large monthly sums, and testimonials from models who say they earn far more than at a previous studio, cleared their debts or bought a car within months. They are advertising. The hiring page itself says earnings depend on the ambition and perseverance a model shows.

Hiring rules are simple. A model must be over 18, and the studio says "frumusețea este supraevaluată" (beauty is overrated), looking for personality, a pleasant manner and a willingness to learn. The studio says looks can be improved with cosmetic procedures it pays for, which is an unusual benefit to find in a job offer and one a model is free to ignore. Who it suits and who it does not

It suits a woman who lives near the studio, or is willing to move there with the studio's housing, who has no experience and no English and wants a salary-like structure with training, makeup and photos done for her. The two-shift timetable and the choice to change hours each week fit someone who needs part-time work alongside study. It also fits a model coming from another studio who wants to compare terms, since the studio's own testimonial makes that case.

The caveats follow from how the offer is built. The percentage is dynamic and is explained at the interview, and the guaranteed minimum is written in two currencies, so comparing Fancy with another studio on terms means reading the contract first. Everything the studio describes happens on its premises, in shifts, so a model who wants to stream from home or run her own accounts is looking for a different arrangement, and so is someone who wants to sell content outside live chat.
